Program Description:
Professional coaches know that coaching works but are often hard pressed to explain what makes it work. What is it that shifts in a coaching session from an awareness raising conversation to a behavior shift with long lasting results? Is our client really ready to make a change? And what role do we as coaches play in the integration and expansion of new client learning?
Core Competencies:
In this session we will take a deep dive into Core Competency 8 – Facilitates Client Growth. We will take a closer look and learn more about the conditions necessary for client growth, as well explore how we as coaches may help or hinder the process. You will receive 1.5 Core Competency CCEUs for attending this session.
