Join us for a panel discussion of internal coaches, as we explore the potential impact coaching has as an internal resource in four different industries (Real Estate, Academia, Gas and Oil, and Healthcare). This is a joint session sponsored by ICF Houston and Houston Organizational Development Network (HODN)
Our Panel Experts:
James Ward:
After nearly a decade of serving KW Associates in multiple capacities, both at KWRI and in the field, James now provides training, coaching and business consultation to real estate agents and business owners who feel stuck in the "messy middle" between making a few unpredictable sales each year and owning a systematized business that consistently delivers the sales they desire.
Michelle “Mickie” Deveau:
As a director of the Leadership Institute within MD Anderson Cancer Center, Mickie provides oversight to personalized development (i.e., numerous leadership development, mentoring and coaching programs), team science and change enablement programs within the institution. The success and impact of the coaching programs at MD Anderson achieved a “gold” designation with the MEECO Institute (Measuring Employee Experience, Executive Coaching and Culture in Organizations), signifying that MD Anderson’s coaching programs represent best-in-class standards and execution.
Janeen Antonelli:
Janeen is the Assistant Director for Coaching at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders responsible for the planning and delivery of one-on-one and group coaching initiatives for students, faculty, and staff at the Rice University. In partnership with the Assistant Director for Leader Development, she designs and implements evidence-based practices used at the Institute and oversees the hiring, training, and managing of professional coaches who support the programs.
Matt Dodson:
Matt is an Organizational Effectiveness Manager and a Executive and Professional Development Manager for Chevron. His background includes eight years in Information Technology, three years in Behavioral Change in Project Management and eleven years in HR and Organizational Development.
