Come join us for a planned get together to talk about the unplanned at our UNconference Coaching Think Tank!
Unlike traditional conferences, an unconference is a participant-oriented meeting where the attendees decide on the agenda, discussion topics, workshops, and, often, even the time and venues. It's a whole vibe, and it's making waves in the professional world. The informal and flexible program allows participants to suggest topics of their own interest and choose sessions accordingly.
We're thinking of our unconference as our "Coaching Think Tank" as the format is similar to coaching in that the attendees chose the agenda, not the organizers. Be a part of this cutting-edge coaching event!
If there are discussion topics that are outside of our chapter member’s expertise, the chapter will organize presenters that can teach us about that content post-unconference.
What do you need to do?
Come. Come curious. Be ready to learn and contribute. That’s it!
Tentative Agenda:
Our Coaching Think Tank will have no set agenda. The goal is for you to enjoy free-flowing, energetic discussions without the constraints of a typical conference.
- 1:00- start our "think tank"
- Announcements, intros, etc.
- Determine topics of the time together
- Get into small groups and learn from each other
- Report back big group
- 5:00-7:00- Move to Rookies Too for the social
