ICF San Antonio is partnering to bring pro bono coaching opportunities to our members and the members of ATD on September 26, 2024. This is a coaching opportunity to work with leaders in the HR profession, all local to the San Antonio area. Bring new potential clients into your network and also receive a discounted rate to attend the LEAPS Conference on the 27th for providing your coaching services. ($75 instead of the normal $200)

Coaching Sessions Location/Time:

These 30-minute virtual meetings will take place on the coaches' preferred platform.

Time slots will depend on coaching availability (SEE ACTION ITEMS BELOW)

Coaching Logistics:

Once we know all of the coaches wanting to offer virtual services, we will create a sign-up for ATD members to choose their coach and meeting time. 

The week of the conference, coaches will receive their finalized list of signups and times. 

In short, WE will collect the signups and their information; YOU will send your virtual meeting invite and provide your services. 

Action Items:

1. Register for this event by no later than September 5th.
2. Email Sam Baum (virtualassistant@icfsa.org) or Kerri Burchill (professionaldevelopment@icfsa.org) with your available 30-minute time slots for September 26th. If you do not provide your availability, you will be removed from the volunteer list. 
3. Block off the times you are offering in your calendar.
4. Watch for the follow up email containing your signups the week of the 26th.
5. Send out your meeting invites to your signups.
