Celebrate with ICF San Antonio as we wrap up International Coaching Week! Join local members of ICFSA and members from 18 chambers of commerce for an afternoon of discussion and networking. Help to spread the word of coaching to new potential clients while you enjoy a panel presentation from a variety of fellow seasoned coaches. Lunch is provided and spots are limited!

Barbara Greene, MCC


Barbara A. F. Greene is the Founder and CEO of Greene and Associates, Inc. The

company focuses on Enhancing Organizational Resiliency Through Talent Management Strategies. She is an equity partner with Career Partners International. She is a first generation corporate executive, university administrator, teacher and learning and

development professional. 


Barbara is recognized as a C- Suite confidant, thought leader, published author, award recipient and community advocate. She leads a team of executive coaches and consultants that collaborate with diverse organizations to provide Organizational Consulting, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Career Transition and Management, Team Development and Change Management services.


She was honored by the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce during the Tribute to Women as the Hope Award Recipient in 2022. She was selected and served on the Leadership San Antonio Steering Committee (LSA 300) in 2018. Barbara has been recognized in Forbes/Fortune, Texas CEO, Business Journal, and other publications.


Barbara is involved with the International Coach Federation, BioMed SA, Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, National Diversity Council, National Association of Women Business Owners, Association of Talent Development, Rotary International Club, International Visitors Council, United Way Master Leadership Program, THRU Project, City Year, and Vibrant Works. She has served as a Business Journal Mentor and received the Mentor of the Year Award.


Barbara is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Certified Coach. She is a first generation college graduate who earned a M.S. in Counseling and a B.S. in Education.


Carissa Gay, MCC


Carissa Gay, MCC is the Founder and CEO of Courageous Leaders, an organizational development firm that provides executive coaching, career development, and coach training to leaders in Texas and nationwide.


Her focus is expanding leadership capacity by helping leaders communicate effectively, navigate complexity, and courageously step into the next level of impact. She is passionate about equipping leaders in the conversational coaching skills that create highly engaged teams. She believes that when you change your conversations, everything changes. 


As an ICF Master Certified Coach, Carissa has spent over 5,000 hours coaching leaders across corporate, government, and academic spheres. Carissa also serves as Director of Coach Development for the Center for Coaching Excellence and adjunct faculty for The Academies. She served as President of ICF San Antonio and currently supports the chapter in building strategic partnerships across Texas. 


Randy Coats, ACC, DBA

Dr. Randy Coats is a seasoned executive coach, strategist, and leader whose career spans more than 35 years in the military, government, and private sectors. From a small-town upbringing to living and working in five countries, Dr. Coats has led and advised teams and organizations of all sizes—including directing a 1,000-person staff and shaping workforce development strategies for a 500,000-member organization. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in strategy and innovation, and his leadership journey includes roles as a military commander, executive director of future learning and innovation, and adjunct professor in graduate leadership programs.

Dr. Coats is an International Coaching Federation-certified coach, with a passion for empowering leaders and teams to achieve clarity, growth, and sustained success. His coaching philosophy centers on deep listening, powerful questioning, and holding clients in unconditional positive regard. He has successfully coached executives, high-potential leaders, and teams in industries ranging from financial services to academia and government, helping them navigate role transitions, build strong workplace cultures, and drive strategic change.

Known for his infectious enthusiasm, humility, and collaborative approach, Dr. Coats is a sought-after speaker and thought partner for organizations seeking to unlock new possibilities. Since 2023, he has dedicated himself full-time to coaching, consulting, and speaking, helping others realize their potential and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
