ICF San Antonio hosts a unique conversation for San Antonio-area women who want to step up their courage in setting boundaries. Feeling overwhelmed at work, being unable to say “no” to others, and navigating family relationships are just a few of the many common ways we are challenged with having and maintaining courageous boundaries. This interactive lunch event will focus on the why and the how of healthy boundaries, and help each person in the room find her voice to take action.

Nadia Noel-Anglade originally hails from Trinidad, West Indies and moved to New York to further her studies in Hospitality and Tourism, Business and International Management. In 2019, Nadia launched her company called “The Networking Embassy." Her expertise lies in strategic networking, leadership development, employee engagement and sales.
Recently, Nadia was a featured speaker for the Rise and ShineTedx Women's Conference in San Antonio as well as the annual event DreamWeek. She is a speaker, storyteller and master networker. Her ultimate aim is to empower women to understand their internal power and to find their voice amidst the barriers they face in society. On Linkedin Nadia is known as the ultimate "People Nerd."
Gigi Hopkins is the Wives Care Coordinator at Be Broken Ministries. She has created the online Wives Care Groups, which have been a source of hope and healing for Christian wives in different parts of the world. The groups are faith based and betrayal trauma informed.
Gigi is an ICF credentialed life coach and is in the process of becoming APSATS certified. After 12 years serving in South America and Africa, she now comes alongside women who have suffered significant relational setbacks desiring to take steps forward in healing and beyond.
