Join us for a culminating session where you observe all of the Core Competencies utilized in a live coaching session. This is a rare opportunity to see a coaching demonstration by Sara Smith, Chair of the 2020 ICF Professional Coaches Global Board. You will then have the participate in a debrief of the coaching with another MCC.

About the Presenters:
Sara C. Smith, MCC, CPCC, is an executive coach, author, consultant and mentor coach in transformation and emotionally intelligent leadership. Sara’s broad range of experience began in sales, move into sales management and then into coaching and consulting. She spent nearly 30 years with IBM. Since leaving IBM, Sara has continued working to transform organizations and she is a master at helping people change, increase their effectiveness as learners an reinvent their organizations.
Sara has served as an adjunct professor at SMU's Cox School of Business where she taught Leader as Coach in the MBA program. She is currently a guest instructor at Phillips Theological Seminary and TCU's Brite Divinity School, where she instructs doctoral students in the fundamentals of leadership and emotional intelligence.
Sara is the author of Coach to Coach: Emotional Intelligence and Leadership for Winning Coaches. Sara is the Chair of our 2020 ICF Professional Coaches Global Board.
Justina Vail Evans, MCC CHt is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach, Certified Executive Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro-Linguistics) Master Practitioner, Grief Recovery Specialist, speaker and award-winning author. Her clients include executives, small business owners and entertainment professionals, some at major corporations including Chevron, Warner Brothers Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, and Twentieth Century Fox.
Additionally, Justina supports other coaching professionals through her teaching and mentoring. She is program director and faculty of Envision Coach Training, part of EGL, and is a registered Mentor Coach with ICF.
Justina also has over 30 years’ experience in the entertainment industries, elements of which she brings to her unique coaching and teaching style. She has appeared in major motion pictures as well as numerous primetime network television series, winning a Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress on Television in 2000. Justina walked away from a rising career in Hollywood to train and work in the human potential and personal development fields and since 2002 has been a guide, teacher, and coach to hundreds of clients. Justina specializes in working with people at a deeper level to create personal and professional mastery by utilizing the tools that help navigate their roles in life and as leaders.
Author of the award-winning book for actors, How to be a Happy Actor in a Challenging Business: A Guide to Thriving Through it All, Justina is also an expert contributing writer for BackStage magazine.
