CCEUs: 1.0 Core Competency & 0.5 Resource Development
Description:
Fear is the biggest thing that holds us (and our clients) back in our lives. But what if we could learn to overcome fear? What does brain science tell us about how to rewire our brains so that courage, instead of fear, becomes our default response? Just like behavioral habits, emotional habits like courage are learnable skills that we can train with practice. Individuals who've developed courage still feel fear, but they've learned to harness fear and use it as a catalyst for taking action rather than a paralyzer that freezes them in place. Whether it's the fear of rejection, the fear of failure, or the fear of doing great things -- harnessing, managing, and overcoming our fears will create the kinds of breakthroughs we and our clients want most!
