Coaching for Self-Actualization
In this session, participants will learn about the Maslow North Star Coaching Framework developed by Timothy Tiryaki. The North Star Framework is based on humanistic and existential psychology foundations and is used to understand Self-Actualization: the exploration of who you are and who you can be.
