It’s that time again! The 2024 Texas Conference for Women (TCW) will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the Austin Convention Center. As in years past, we are offering our ICF certified members from Texas ICF chapters the opportunity to provide coaching services to more than 10,000 industry leaders, decision-makers, and entrepreneurs.
Please consider committing your time and expertise by representing ICF at the conference Coaches Corner. We would love to have your help in demonstrating the transformational power of professional coaching to attendees. This is a paid/in-kind coaching event. You will receive a letter addressed to the ICF Credentialing Committee for your files verifying your paid coaching hours.
Where: Austin Convention Center, 500 E. Cesar Chavez St. Austin, TX
When: Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST
What: Two 2-hour in-person shifts, 20-30 minutes per attendee
Eligibility Requirements:
- Current ICF Global & ICF San Antonio membership
- ICF Certified Coach with 100 hours of coaching experience
What to Expect:
- Complimentary ticket to the 2024 Conference
- Recognition on the Conference Website
- Complimentary lunch and reserved seating for the keynote session
- Keynote Presentations
- Breakout Sessions when not in coaching session.
How to Register
After registering through our site, please fill out our volunteer form to be put on the supporting volunteer list for the host chapter, ICF Austin. ICF Austin will then contact you if you have been selected for services.

Spaces are limited. Coaching spots will be awarded on a first come first served basis. We will notify you by email if you are on the accepted list of volunteers. Additional details, including how to sign up for specific shifts/days, will be sent to accepted volunteers later this summer.
