Join us for a fun evening at La Madeleine as we come together for our April face-to-face chapter meeting. The night begins with quick essential ICF San Antonio updates and developments for our coaching community.

The highlight of our gathering will be a 45-minute panel discussion featuring experienced ICF coaches who will share their unique journeys, practical wisdom, and innovative approaches to coaching. Our panelists offer valuable insights on everything from building a thriving practice to creating transformative client experiences.

The culmination of the evening will be networking and socialization with fellow members.

Lori Surgnier. ACC

More than ever, organizations need proven performers who can lead teams to results in competitive industries and a tough economy. The breadth of her expertise covers a wide range of responsibilities including lead facilitator for 200-member AF coach cadre, Federal Coach Network member, graduate of CTI, ICF member and holds an ICF ACC. She's passionate working with fellow coaches to build a long-standing coaching culture in AF.



Carissa Gay, MCC

Carissa Gay is the Founder and CEO of Courageous Leaders, a organizational development firm dedicated to growing leaders of significant impact. She focuses on helping professional leaders change their conversations and grow organizational capacity. Carissa also serves as Director of Coach Development for the Center for Coaching Excellence. As an ICF Master Certified Coach, Carissa has spent over 5,000 hours coaching leaders across corporate, government, and academic spheres. Today she trains leaders in the conversational coaching skills that facilitate lasting change. She served as President of ICF San Antonio and currently supports the chapter in building strategic partnerships across Texas.


Sam Caballero, ACC

Sam is the co-founder and CEO of Pivotn Coaching. He is a Talent Development professional and co-founder of Relego Group, a talent engagement organization providing a variety of learning programs and solutions to enhance organizational performance.
