Most coaches believe they're already good listeners. Research shows we process information four times faster than people speak — and our minds naturally wander, judge, or prepare responses rather than truly absorbing what's being communicated.

Drawing directly from ICF Core Competency 6 (Listens Actively) and supporting Competency 5 (Maintains Presence), this highly interactive session challenges coaches to expand their listening repertoire and develop agility to adapt their approach to what each unique client needs in the moment.

In this interactive session, you will:

•  Identify your own listening style and default listening patterns
• Understand how to flex between listening habits for greater coaching effectiveness
• Gain tools to transform their listening and become more effective communicators

1)    Chapter members must register and pay for the program through their local chapter (ICF-SA)

2)    Once you register locally, you will receive a zoom registration link, which allows you to register through Zoom to attend the ICF North America event. YOU MUST COMPLETE BOTH STEPS.
