Description:
Great coaching is more than understanding the International Coaching Federation Core Competencies—it is the ability to demonstrate them naturally, intentionally, and confidently in the moment. This interactive workshop helps coaches strengthen their coaching presence, deepen active listening, and ask purposeful questions that create meaningful client awareness and action. Through live demonstrations, guided practice, and real-time feedback, participants will learn how to move from “performing coaching” to confidently engaging in authentic coaching conversations that align with ICF standards and elevate client impact.
Learning Objectives:
1. Demonstrate key ICF Core Competencies in live coaching conversations with greater confidence and intentionality.
2. Apply active listening, coaching presence, and powerful questioning techniques to deepen client awareness and engagement.
3. Recognize real-time coaching moments that support trust, emotional awareness, and meaningful client growth.
4. Strengthen coaching delivery by reducing overthinking, improving flow, and responding more effectively during live coaching interactions.
