Speaker Bio:

Pattie is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also an accredited Boss Whisperer (ABW), coaching managers and leaders who exhibit abrasive behavior, as well as a conflict management coach certified by CINERGY© Conflict Coaching in Canada. She is currently working towards her Mentor Coach Specialist (MCS) designation from ICF. She has worked full-time as an executive and leadership coach, workplace mediator, and team facilitator since 1994. She is widely recognized as a leading practitioner in conflict resolution and coaching and is renowned as the longtime host of The Texas Conflict Coach™ podcast.
